Swansea City Stadium is continuing to focus on making its food offer more sustainable, with small changes that can make a real difference. At a recent taster day, the team introduced a wild venison burger as an alternative to a traditional beef option. It proved popular with guests, with great feedback on both taste and quality.

The move is part of Levy’s wider approach to lowering the environmental impact of its menus. Wild venison produces significantly less carbon emissions than beef — up to 85% lower — while still offering a high-quality and flavourful product. By introducing options like this, the team at Swansea City Stadium are showing how sustainability can be built into everyday food choices, without overcomplicating things.

They’ll continue to look at simple, practical ways to develop the menu further, keeping sustainability in mind while delivering a great experience for guests.
