Gourmet at the Ground
This September we invited guests to experience Gourmet at the Ground, the exclusive launch of a new three-course seasonal menu specially crafted by Bryn Williams.
This unforgettable event hosted at both the Cardiff City and Swansea.com Stadium celebrated the finest Welsh cuisine as guests enjoyed hand-crafted cocktails featuring the award-winning Cygnet Gin, accompanied by canapés. The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of Bryn’s new, three-course menu, specially curated to showcase the best of locally sourced Welsh ingredients.
To top off the evening, attendees had the rare opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with Bryn Williams himself.
