What does the private party package include?
When booking a private Christmas party, you'll be able to enjoy a festive function room, a complimentary drink on arrival, a buffet or three-course set menu, a tea and coffee station, a DJ and disco to dance the night away and a late bar open until 12:30am to keep the party going!
Private Christmas parties are available from £49.95 per person, minimum numbers apply.

When booking one of our private parties, you'll have the choice of a buffet, from £49.95 per person, or a three-course choice menu, from £59.95 per person, to feed your guests.

How much is the deposit, and when do I have to pay in full?
For shared parties, secure your place at the party for only £15 per person, with the final balance for all bookings due by Friday 1st November 2024. For private parties, our standard terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.
When should I tell you about my dietary requirements?
We ask that dietary requirements be notified at least 14 days before the event. For shared party rights, you should log back in via the website to update your requirements. For private parties, please contact your Christmas Coordinator.
What is the dress code?
Our guests really love getting dressed up, so we recommend you dress to impress!
When will I receive my tickets?
This is a ticketless event, it’s less hassle for you and is better for the planet. Upon arriving at the stadium we just need the name you booked under.
Do you have free car parking on site?
There is limited free onsite parking. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
Can I pay by cash at the bar?
We are a cashless venue, so please bring a credit or debit card. To avoid bar queues on the night, we recommend that you pre-book one of our drinks packages.
